Entry Fee: $50

Team Fee (Optional): $20 (3 athletes constitute a team, all clubs with 3+ athletes per level are automatically registered for “team” competition and therefore must pay team fee per level)

Space is limited and entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis. All entries must be accompanied by FULL payment and filled out completely (legibly helps tooJ). Please make checks payable to NAWGJ-Mass. and mail entries to: Michele Archer: 67 June St., Leominster, MA 01453. Make copies of entry if necessary. Entry enclosed.

DIRECTIONS: From the South

Follow I-495 North towards Worcester. Take exit #17 (Route 140) north (really west) towards Bellingham. Immediately after entering Bellingham, take a right onto Maple Street. Quigg's is approximately 1 ¼ miles on the right side of road. If you go over the I-495 overpass, you have missed it!

From the North
Follow I-495 South towards Cape Cod. Take exit #18 (Rte. 126) towards Medway/Bellingham. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Hartford Ave./MA-126. Follow to your 3rd set of lights. Take a right onto Maple Street. Quigg's is approx. 1.5 miles on the left side of road. Shortly after going over the 495 overpass.
